Santa Clara, Calif.—Sept. 21, 2011—OpSource, Inc., Dimension Data’s wholly-owned enterprise cloud and managed hosting business, today announced the opening of a new cloud hosting facility in Santa Clara, California, offering its enterprise, service provider and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) clients a highly-secure, enterprise-class hosting solution for both development and production cloud environments. This new facility lowers the network latency for OpSource’s west coast clients and provides a secondary back-up site for the company’s existing clients.

As is the case with all OpSource managed and cloud hosting engagements, clients and partners are able to provision, access and manage multiple locations through a single, cohesive web-based user interface. The facility is enterprise-ready, offering multiple layers of security, administrative controls, high-performance SLAs and integrated management and billing.
